How billing works
Prices are in US dollars. At checkout you may see the price in your local currency, and any VAT or sales tax that applies is added and shown before you pay.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the link in your receipt email, at paddle.net, or by writing to support@newlevel.mobi. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Lifetime plans are a single payment with no renewals.
You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. See our Refund Policy.
Orders on our websites are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record and handles payment, billing and taxes. Purchases made inside the apps through the App Store are billed by Apple, and App Store prices may differ.
The services are provided by A-PROMO DIGITAL GROUP LTD, Cyprus, under our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
