These Terms are a contract between you and A-PROMO DIGITAL GROUP LTD. They cover our website, the New Level Apps applications, and purchases made on our websites through our reseller Paddle.
The website newlevel.mobi (the “Website”) and premium access to the New Level Apps mobile applications sold on our websites are offered by A-PROMO DIGITAL GROUP LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 449235, registered office Pavlou Valdaseridi 2A, 1st floor, 6018 Larnaca, Cyprus (“we”, “us”, “our”).
The applications include AI Chatbot & Assistant GeePal, Slate AI: Video Teleprompter, Watermark Maker Watermarkify and AIMO AI Voice Note Taker (each an “App”; the Apps and the Website together are the “Services”).
By buying on our websites or using the Services, you agree to these Terms (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not buy and do not use the Services. Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com Market Limited (or its affiliate) is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed on our websites. Paddle takes your payment, handles billing, VAT and sales tax, sends your receipts, and provides order-related customer service and refunds.
Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to your order. For help with a payment, receipt or subscription, you can contact Paddle at paddle.net or write to us.
You must be at least 16 years old to buy on our websites or use the Apps. By doing so you confirm that you are. If we learn that a user is under 16, we may end their access.
If you buy or use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
You must not buy or use the Services if you are barred from doing so by the laws of your country, by sanctions or export control rules, or by the terms of Apple, Google or Paddle.
While your purchase is active, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store or Google Play terms. The Apps are licensed to you, not sold.
You may not, and may not let anyone else:
Breach of any of these restrictions entitles us to suspend or end your access.
Our websites offer auto-renewing subscriptions and, for some Apps, one-time purchases. The plan, price, billing period and any trial are shown on the Website and at checkout before you pay.
Payment. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, charges the payment method you choose when you confirm your order. Your bank statement will show a charge from Paddle. Prices may be shown in your local currency and include applicable VAT or sales tax; the final amount is shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, for the same period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time through the link in your Paddle receipt email, at paddle.net, or by writing to support@newlevel.mobi. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting an App does not cancel your subscription.
Free trials. If a trial is offered, we show its length, the price after the trial and the billing period before you start. The trial converts into a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before it ends. Trials are limited to one per person.
Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price increase applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry it and ask you to update your payment method. If payment is not made, the subscription and your access end.
Access in the App. Your purchase is linked to the email address you used at checkout. After payment we send you instructions for unlocking premium features in the App.
If you buy inside an App through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the purchase is made with Apple or Google, billed to your store account and governed by their terms. You manage, cancel and request refunds for those purchases with Apple or Google. These Terms do not cover store billing.
Refunds for purchases on our websites are handled under our Refund Policy and issued by Paddle. When a purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back, the access it paid for ends.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or a country with a similar rule, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Some Apps use third-party artificial intelligence services to generate text, transcribe audio or answer questions.
You own the content you create with the Apps, such as recordings, scripts, notes, images and AI output generated for you. Where an App processes your content on our or our providers’ servers, we use it only to provide that App to you.
You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for content you upload, record or watermark, including consent from anyone you record. Where content is stored only on your device, we cannot recover it if it is lost; keep your own backups.
You must not use the Services:
The Services, including their software, design, names, logos and content, belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a licence and transfer no ownership. We may use feedback you send us without obligation to you.
The Services rely on third parties, including Paddle (payments), Apple and Google (app distribution), AI providers, and hosting, email and analytics providers. Their terms govern their services, and we are not responsible for their acts, availability or policies.
We may change, add or remove features and release updates. If we discontinue an App or permanently remove a feature you paid for, and this materially deprives you of what you paid for, contact us and we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
We may update these Terms. For material changes that are to your disadvantage, we will give at least 30 days’ notice where practicable, and you may cancel before they take effect. Other changes take effect when published. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept it.
You can end this agreement at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting the Apps.
We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, if your use is unlawful, fraudulent or abusive, if your payment is reversed or charged back, or if the law or a provider we depend on requires it. Where reasonable, we will warn you first. If we end your access for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In the EU and the UK, digital content must conform to the contract; if it does not, we will first try to fix it, and if we cannot, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and €100.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. The limits above apply only as far as the law of your country allows.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and give us 30 days to resolve the matter.
For Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store:
These Terms, with the documents they refer to, are the entire agreement between us. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours in a reorganisation or sale of our business, provided your rights are not reduced. These Terms are written in English, and the English version governs.
